Terms and Conditions

Terms and Payments:-

All prices on this Web site are in New Zealand Dollars and are subject to change at any time due to exchange rates.

Unless credit facilities have been extended by Fusion Glass all orders must be paid for in full and funds cleared before any goods are shipped.

Fusion Glass reserves the right to revoke at any time the credit facilities extend to the buyer because of non payment or for any other reason deemed good and sufficient to Fusion Glass.  In such an event all subsequent deliveries shall be paid for prior to goods being sent.

Returns and Refunds:-

The buyer may return items purchased from Fusion Glass for a credit note or replacement goods under the following conditions.

·         The buyer must contact Fusion Glass (via email or phone) within 7 days of delivery and the goods must be returned to Fusion Glass within 14 days of delivery. If you do not contact us within 7 days we will not replace or give a credit note for any items damaged, broken, incorrect or missing without exception.  Please open you package right away and check it.

·         We do not accept returns on the following items:-

   - Opened PMC clay

   - Sale or clearance items

              - Used tools or supplies

·         Returned items damaged in transit due to poor packaging will not be accepted so please make sure you have wrapped all goods appropriately.

·         Any items that go missing in transit are your responsibility and Fusion Glass prefers all goods to be returned via NZ post tracpaks. Please keep your receipt number in case items need to be tracked.

·        The buyer is responsible for postage costs of all returns.

Fusion Glass will notify the buyer via e-mail, of a credit note once we have received and processed the returned items or when the replacement items has been sent.

Delivery and Risk:-

Fusion Glass Ltd posts all products in New Zealand Post Trackpak’s and nothing will be sent out until all goods have been paid for either via cash, credit card or direct deposit.  Goods paid for via cheque will be held until the funds have cleared this takes approx 5 working days.

Any stated delivery time is only given as a guide and Fusion Glass accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of an order once it is in the hands of New Zealand post.

Gift Certificates:-

Gift Certificates are for the purchase of products listed on the website or for full or part payment of class fees and cannot be exchanged for cash.

When using a gift certificate to pay for classes (either in full or part payment) please note the gift certificates number in the comments box on the sign up/order form.

Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and it is the holder’s responsibility to insure the certificate is used before the expiry date. Failure to use the Gift Certificate before the expiry date will result in the certificate being cancelled and NO refund will be given.

Course Cancellations:-

Fusion Glass Ltd reserves the right to cancel any class/es.  In this instance Fusion Glass Ltd offers an exchange of class date or a full refund of monies paid to date.

If you wish to cancel after full payment of a class has been made then Fusion Glass Ltd offers the option of an alternative class date or a refund minus the class deposit of $25.00 for full day and night classes or $10.00 for 3hour classes.

Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to your class date and any change of class dates must be taken within 6 months.

All deposits for classes are non refundable but may be transferred to another class date.
